Walked in and I was surprised at the amazing relaxed atmosphere. Every table is surrounded with cozy couches, each chair was so comfortable. Listen to the slow jazzy music, and the bubbling of water from a water feature. It is really a very nice place to relax and enjoy your time with friends and family. The owner was very friendly and helped me to split my tea into 2 cups -- very cool insulating cups -- thank you. Amazing rolls (paratha wraps) -- i thought the chicken Kabob and beef kabob would be just kabobs, but the sauce is amazing!! The Chicken Tikka was also delicious. We ordered some soft-candy-desserts too, the strawberry and pomegranate were great, not too sweet. They were like gummies, and cost $1.75 each, definitely affordable. We also ordered 2 Karak teas, which are chai tea. They come non-sweet, so you can add either the sugar or zero calorie sweeteners, which are provided. However before adding sweeteners, recommend to taste a bit of the tea first, as its pretty fragrant. By the way, right next to a movie theatre, a beautiful place to lounge at before or after your movie!

Nice shop with a chill vibe. Very nice furniture and service with a smile. We had the karak chai and the milk tea both were awesome. Ordered chocolate raspberry cake and pistachio cheesecake. The chocolate raspberry was better imo. They have nice cups that done get to hot to the touch!

If you enjoy chai, Middle Eastern flavors, or cafes with a comfortable atmosphere, Karak Tea - Bakery & Cafe is one of the better options in the Dallas–Plano area. The tea quality, desserts, and ambiance are its biggest strengths. The only notable drawbacks are slightly premium pricing and occasional waits during peak hours. Overall, it is a place I would rate 8/10, especially for tea lovers and dessert enthusiasts. Not to forget the Kashmiri tea is a must try.

Absolutely loved the ambience here — such a nice and cozy vibe. The service was super fast too! Their iced Biscoff latte was amazing, and the Chicken Tikka pie was so delicious and filling. I got full after just a few bites because the portion was pretty heavy. My husband ordered the pomegranate juice and wasn’t a huge fan of it, but he really liked the Nutella roll. Overall, definitely a 10/10 spot and totally worth visiting!
